Aluminum alloy is an alloy cast by adding other metal elements to pure aluminum to enhance its strength and quality. In addition to producing according to industry standard grades, aluminum alloy composition ratios can also be customized based on the final requirements of the application. Australia and the United States continue to develop and explore the characteristics of various alloys, providing customers with more comprehensive solutions.
7series
7046A
alloy

7046A has excellent strength properties and good machinability. Its tensile strength is much higher than ordinary aluminium alloys and is mainly used in the automotive industry.

7series
7003
alloy

7003 is a strong, weldable alloy used in lightweight automotive parts.

6series
6013
alloy

As a novel alloy in the 6 series, this alloy has a good surface treatment effect and processing performance, and is suitable for current 3C products with high strength requirements.

6series
6082
alloy

This alloy is not suitable for decorative finishes but has excellent strength properties and is suitable for high strength automotive components or other industrial profiles.

6series
6061
alloy

Higher structural strength, excellent welding performance with good anti-corrosion property, widely uses as structural component or loading element at proper situation.

6series
6005A
alloy

Relatively higher in strength, good fabrication while maintain the higher structural strength. Applicable on the complex cross-section where require certain loading requirement.

6series
6063
alloy

The most widely used aluminum alloy, the major characteristic of good overall structural strength, flexibility for further fabrication & good surface treatment, Benefit from its general characteristic, it has been widely used from normal construction door/window to high precision electronic product.

To fulfill the market desire, PMI develop multiple customize 6063 alloy for customer various application.

The main research and production alloy series include the following: 6 series alloys are currently the most widely used alloys.
